Kirsty Baldock

Kirsty Baldock is a highly experienced therapist with over 20 years of successful practice. She began her training in Remedial Massage at the age of 16 and was accepted into the Northern Institute due to sponsorship and an apprenticeship with an experienced Osteopath. During her 3 and a half years of training, Kirsty worked alongside him and was awarded the Student of the Year award in 1997.

Kirsty completed her higher-grade diploma in Manipulative Therapy in 1999 and trained with The Upledger Institute in Cranial Sacral Therapy in 2001. She incorporates this therapy in treating various conditions, such as Chronic Fatigue, headaches/migraines, and TMJ. Kirsty is highly respected in her field and continuously strives for her personal development to provide the best possible treatment for her clients. In 2010, Kirsty qualified as a Hendrickson Method Practitioner, making her one of the first therapists in the UK to study with Dr. Thomas Hendrickson. The Hendrickson Method is a unique and effective method of manual therapy that enables successful treatment of musculo-skeletal conditions.

Kirsty is passionate about investing in her own development and passing on her knowledge to others starting out in the manual therapy field. She offers private tuition and small workshops in Manual Therapy, Muscle Energy, Assessment techniques, and Anatomy Workshops, having earned the qualifications to teach adults.

Giles Gamble

Giles Gamble is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable practitioner who has been practicing the Hendrickson Method of Manual Therapy for over 22 years. In 2001, Giles trained directly with Dr. Thomas Hendrickson in Berkeley, California, and completed a 4-year teaching program of 800 hours. As a result, he became one of the lead Hendrickson Method Tutors in California and held the position for 11 years. Giles was honored and delighted to be involved in expanding the Hendrickson Method outside the USA and began teaching in the UK in 2008.

For over 25 years, Giles has had his own successful practice in several locations in California. Since moving to the UK, he has continued instructing other therapists, sharing his knowledge and techniques, and looks forward to, along with Kirsty, conducting workshops. As a practitioner, he is primarily glad to be able to aid healing, restore functional movement, and provide pain relief to many acute and chronic conditions.
