Treatments
Orthopaedic Manual Therapy
Encouraging the body to find balance by way of soft tissue mobilisation.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Helping to retrain the brain to send signals to your joints and soft tissues.
Joint Mobilisations
Moving joints passively, without muscular effort. Helping restore normal movement & reduce pain.
What is Orthopaedic Manual Therapy?
It is a hands on approach that addresses the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints of the body to help restore functional movement and relieve discomfort. Although we are treating deep tissue and joints it is comfortable and relaxing to receive.
We encourage the body to find this balance by way of a type of soft tissue mobilisation that not only realigns the normal parallel formation of muscle fibres, but also re-establish a proper and efficient firing pattern.
By doing so, pain can be relieved and correct functionality returns to the compromised area.
